Job Description:
The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Billerica, MA area. This includes developing and implementing personalized care plans, conducting skin assessments and preventing ulcers, and educating patients and families on various healthcare topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wound and stoma care management
- Catheter care and placement
- Skin assessment and ulcer prevention
- Patient education and support
Qualifications:
- ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
