We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at Incredible Health in the Gloucester, VA area. As a High Acuity Registered Nurse, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
- Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A degree in nursing (ADN or higher).
- An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- 1 year of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
