- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care
- Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and their loved ones
Requirements:
- ADN or BSN degree in nursing
- Current RN licensure and 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting
- BLS certification from the AHA
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in response to patient needs
