About the Job: As a Registered Nurse - Neuro / PCU at our hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require intensive care and monitoring. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, identifying potential risks and developing individualized care plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring timely and effective interventions
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, communicating regularly with families and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes
Requirements:
- RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
