We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse - Med Surg to join our team at Incredible Health. As a registered nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact on their lives.
This role is ideal for nurses with experience in various areas, including cardiac patients, couplet care, EKG monitoring, education, fundal massage, healing, neuro patients, oncology patients, orthopedic patients, ostomy care, PCA pumps, traction & cast care, tube feeding management, or wound & drain care.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, implementing treatment plans as directed by physicians, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. You will also educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree (ADN) or above nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
