About the Role
At Incredible Health, we're actively hiring for a Home Health Nurse (RN) position in the Jamaica, NY area. We're seeking experienced nurses with expertise in catheter care and placement, developing personalized care plans, educating patients and families, skin assessment and ulcer prevention, or wound and stoma care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and provide support throughout the treatment process.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Qualifications
- RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of New York.
