Job Summary
As a Cardiac Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with cardiac conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and make decisions about patient treatment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
- 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a hospital setting
