Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in medical-surgery settings, preferably with strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
- Provide high-quality patient care through administration of medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing treatment plans as directed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective discharge planning.
- Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- An Associate's Degree (ADN) or above nursing degree.
- An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
