Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Operating Room Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in leadership roles within the operating room setting.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care and administrative tasks in the operating room
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience in leadership roles within the operating room setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
