\Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs and symptoms during the post-operative period \
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical staff \
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure seamless patient transition from the operating room to discharge home \
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, and potential complications \
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and procedures \
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care \
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments \
- Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork \
- Associate's Degree (ADN) or above in nursing \
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license \
- 1 year experience in a PACU, ICU, or a similar high-acuity setting preferred \
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association \
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team \
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems \
