Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1 year of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
- ACLS, PALS certification preferred
- Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
