To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of an ADN or higher degree in nursing
- An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification preferred
- 1 year of experience in a pediatric and/or emergency room setting
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first line of defense for young patients who require urgent medical care
- Treating pediatric patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions
- Assessing patients' needs, prioritizing care, and monitoring health conditions
- Administering medications and treatments, and operating and maintaining medical equipment
