Surgical Nurse Assistant Job
Incredible Health is seeking a skilled RNFA to work in our Pasadena hospitals. As a RNFA, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons in the operating room by providing exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions according to the surgeon's directives. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement in our growing healthcare organization.

Responsibilities and Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working in an operating room environment. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the surgeon in conducting preoperative assessments, including reviewing patient history, to determine the appropriate plan of care
• Ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and prepared before surgery
• Providing postoperative care by assessing for complications, applying dressings, and offering pain management solutions
• Collaborating with the surgical team, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care throughout the surgical process

You must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, completion of an accredited RNFA program, minimum of 2 years of operating room experience, certification as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) from a recognized body (preferred), and current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
