Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Youth Medical Care Coordinator to join our esteemed team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of comprehensive medical care to children, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients, including children and adolescents, and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
- Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment
Requirements:
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification preferred
