JOB SUMMARY
Incredible Technologies is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Slot Technician team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for prepping, installing, troubleshooting at the component and circuit level, servicing, maintaining, upgrading, and converting IT gaming systems and equipment. You will also document all services rendered and ensure that our gaming systems function optimally. This role involves installing products on customer floors, setting game options, and performing hardware, firmware, and system interface tests while educating casino staff on game functionalities. Members of this team will adapt to various jurisdictional requirements, work with compliance officers, and demonstrate excellent account management skills.
- Must reside in IL, WI, MN, IA.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, covering primary territories including IL, IN, KY, WI, IA, MO, MN, and MI, with occasional travel to other parts of the country as needed.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently and 250 lbs. with a team of two.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and hours, including those based on customer and travel needs.
- You must pass a security background check, DMV check, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. (Mileage reimbursed according to IRS rates).
- Must be able to obtain necessary state, local, and tribal gaming licenses as required.
- Must be available to travel to casinos in other states and assist with larger installations and/or trade shows, when needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, convert, and remove slot machines, bases, and overhead signage to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training to casino personnel on navigating and utilizing our software systems efficiently.
- Notify internal teams upon project completion to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-up.
- Troubleshoot technical issues remotely via phone or email, delivering fast and effective resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on gaming equipment within assigned territories.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all issued parts, submitting detailed inventory reports to management as required.
- Document and report post-service and installation transactions in Salesforce and other CRM tools as needed.
- Complete and submit Daily/Weekly tech summary.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC fundamentals.
- Proficient with hand and power tools and their usage for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
- Experience in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting to a component/circuit level.
