DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick and stage inventory for shipment.
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
- Package items and label correctly
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Perform daily cycle counting of selected inventory.
- Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location.
- Update computer system for inventory processing
- Move materials from stock locations to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Use of Forklift/Motorized Pallet Jack to load material into and out of racking.
- 1-3 years of related hands on warehouse experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environment.
- Must be able to speak and read English; Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work with small and large parts.
- Experience using Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with and understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
- Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.), electric and pneumatic power tools, pallet jacks, banding machines and shrink wrap machines.
- ability to lift 50 lbs. (Lifting of components onto workstations, picking product from or placing into racks and moving product on carts around the warehouse floor)
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or a combination of all movement types as required by and for the duration of the job assignment.
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and committed to meeting production standards.
