About the Role

We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member!

This position reports to the Finance and Deposit Support Manager and allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Responsible for overall accounts payable process including set-up, execution, and maintenance of W-9 forms, new vendor packages including assigning vendor with ACH information for payment method, assigning all invoices to proper division and general ledger accounts, and auditing invoices against purchase orders/packing slips for timely payment processing.
• Understands vendor 1099 reporting requirements.
• Prepares annual 1099-Misc reporting related to accounts payable expenditures making sure expenses are accurately coded within the AP system.
• Investigates vendor payment issues for proper resolution.
• Prepares journal entries, reconciles general ledger and DDA accounts with various registers or bank accounts, monitors cash flow.
• Reconciles the Bank's investment portfolio reports to the general ledger.
• Assists with the preparation and submission of all regulatory reports based on the FDIC regulators timeline; weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Prepares and submits State sales and Use Tax returns from inquiries received by vendors, customers, or taxing jurisdictions.
• Partners with the Financial team to collect and analyze financial information and prepares department financial reports for divisional leadership.
• Assists with gathering information for auditors in conjunction with the Bank’s financial statement audit.

This is a regular full-time position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday.

This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location on 17th Avenue in Wausau, WI.

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Intermediate Excel knowledge using functions such as Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
