Facility Manager

Incredibowl Entertainment Toledo is hiring an experienced Facility Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll primarily be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all the center’s physical assets, including bowling equipment, food & beverage equipment, arcade/gaming equipment, building infrastructure, and HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks (e.g. putting together shelving).

*** Must be available to work nights and weekends. Salary is $50,000/year and up depending on knowledge and experience. ***

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance & Oversight: Ensure all center equipment, including bowling machines, scoring systems, lanes, HVAC, F&B, and A/V, operates at peak performance under the Owner and General Manager’s direction.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues with center equipment using your mechanical aptitude and manuals. Implement effective repairs to restore full functionality.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks on center equipment to identify potential problems before they arise.
• Technical Proficiency: Maintain and optimize the functionality of pinsetters, scoring systems, lane machines, arcade/gaming equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and schedule department employees to achieve maintenance excellence.
• Vendor Coordination & Management: Coordinate and oversee facility vendor visits for service and repairs.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and replenish parts inventory, track usage, and provide monthly parts orders to the General Manager.
• Safety Training & Compliance: Instruct new employees on safe equipment operation and maintain a safe working environment. Prevent unauthorized access to safety-sensitive equipment and enforce all safety procedures.
• Maintain a Professional Appearance: Keep a neat and clean appearance while adhering to our dress code.
• Be Dependable & Responsible: Maintain the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years of related experience in automotive, electric or HVAC is required
• Working knowledge of complex electrical systems is desired
• Must possess carpentry/plumbing/drywall repair and painting skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to finding solutions with limited resources
• Ability to effectively utilize technical manuals and follow established procedures
• Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Toledo, OH
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be fluent in English
• Frequently required to stand; walk
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• May also perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping
