Responsibilities : - Assessment & Evaluation : Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop individualized treatment plans. - Treatment Planning : Design and implement effective treatment strategies that address the specific needs of both inpatient and outpatient populations. - Therapeutic Interventions : Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, exercises, and manual techniques to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation. - Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and strategies for continued improvement and prevention. - Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care. - Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. - Continuing Education : Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques through ongoing education and professional development.
