Key Objectives
As an Azure Architect, you will :
- Design and implement Azure solutions that meet client requirements for scalability, security, and performance
- Lead cloud architecture projects, ensuring successful deployment and integration of Azure services
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide guidance on Azure best practices, governance, and compliance standards
- Mentor and support team members in developing Azure-related skills and knowledge

Proficiency in configuring self-service password reset (SSPR) and managing external usersAbility to assign and manage roles at different scopes, interpret access assignments, and manage built-in Azure rolesExperience with Azure subscriptions and governance, including policies, resource locks, tags, and cost managementFamiliarity with management groups for efficient organization of resourcesProficiency in designing logging and monitoring solutions, including recommending routing and monitoring strategiesExperience recommending identity management and authentication solutions for Azure and hybrid environmentsAbility to design governance structures for resource management, compliance, and identity governanceProficiency in monitoring resources using Azure Monitor, including interpreting metrics, configuring logs, and setting up alertsExpertise in analyzing logs, monitoring virtual machines, storage accounts, and networks using Azure Monitor Insights and Network WatcherSkilled in implementing backup and recovery solutions using Recovery Services vaults, Azure Backup, and Site RecoveryExperience performing failovers to secondary regions and configuring backup policies and alertsData Storage Solutions :Proficiency in configuring Azure Storage firewalls, virtual networks, and shared access signature (SAS) tokens
Expertise in managing storage accounts, including encryption, redundancy, object replication, and lifecycle managementExperience with Azure Files and Blob Storage, including configuring file shares, blob containers, storage tiers, and backup strategiesSkilled in data transfer and management using Azure Storage Explorer and AzCopyExpertise in designing solutions for storing relational, semi-structured, and unstructured dataAbility to recommend database service tiers, compute tiers, and solutions for scalability, protection, and durabilitySkilled in recommending cost-efficient data storage solutions balanced with performanceExperience in data integration and analysis solution designBusiness Continuity Solutions :Proficiency in designing disaster recovery and backup solutions for Azure and hybrid workloads, including compute, databases, and unstructured data

Experience creating and configuring virtual machines, including encryption, disk management, availability zones, and scale setsProficiency in provisioning and managing containers using Azure Container Instances and Azure Container AppsExpertise in managing Azure App Services, including scaling, TLS certificates, DNS mapping, backups, and deployment slotsStrong ability to design compute solutions, including virtual machines, container-based, serverless, and batch processing architecturesKnowledge of application architecture design, including messaging, event-driven architectures, API integration, caching, configuration management, and automated deploymentExperience in designing network solutions, including connectivity for Azure resources to the internet or on-premises, performance optimization, and load balancingSkilled in creating and configuring virtual networks, subnets, and peeringExpertise in implementing secure access to virtual networks using network security groups (NSGs), application security groups, service endpoints, and private endpointsProficiency in configuring Azure DNS, load balancers, and troubleshooting network connectivity and load balancing issuesFamiliarity with Azure Bastion for secure remote accessEducation and Experience
