Job Description : IncWorx is looking for a passionate Microsoft 365 Support Technician to join our talented dynamic team. Responsibilities : Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 products such as MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Office, and Copilot. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 environments and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services. Support end-users with technical issues and provide training as needed. Participation in migration projects and activities Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and improve IT solutions. Document technical procedures and solutions. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates. Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience managing and implementing Microsoft 365 products. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communications. A fantastic positive attitude and openness to learning.
