The Director of Market Insights and Analytics will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytical support to inform strategic business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasts for inflammation and autoimmunity indications in the US markets.
- Build and modify forecast models based on key information and statistical analytics.
- Determine essential forecasting inputs and assumptions and work cross-functionally with relevant colleagues to obtain these inputs.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize market information from diverse sources to provide insight on Brand and Market Performance.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and proactively identify and model events that may impact overall sales performance.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related degree).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology business, with substantial experience in business analysis and forecasting.
- Extensive knowledge and experience utilizing various data sources used in forecasting and performance assessment.
- Strong analytical capability and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and decision-makers, work cross-functionally, understand customer needs, and incorporate them into analysis and deliver results.
**Estimated Salary:** $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
