POSITION REPORTS TO : President
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS : Must have experience in marketing of a Construction or Architectural firm.
PURPOSE OF POSITION : Provide leadership in marketing, increasing the client base and profitability of the company.
Position Responsibilities and Duties :
- Plan, develop, and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and new revenue sources for the company.
- Develop an overall company marketing plan with the President and establish objectives to meet or exceed the goals. Marketing plan to be reviewed each month to determine if the goals have been met.
- Evaluate the current market conditions and develop a marketing strategy to position the company in the right marketplace for maximum exposure and profit.
- Develop marketing objectives including increasing client base, exploring new marketplaces and help establish strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Manage the entire proposal development and help in the estimating process including working closely with the estimator in the development of new client project proposals.
- Develop new marketing materials and update the current website as necessary with new projects and announcements.
- Develop project announcements and post announcements on Linkedin and other websites that will allow additional company exposure to the marketplace.
- Each day develop a target list of prospect clients or consultants to meet with and develop a tracking log that contains meeting times, conversations, and follow-up date and time regarding prospective projects. Use Hubspot to install all contacts and use Hubspot for distribution of marketing materials and E-mails.
