As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will drive continuous improvement by mastering the clients Strategy Deployment Process (SDP) and lean manufacturing techniques. Your role includes training teams, leading Kaizen events, and ensuring daily application of lean principles across factory and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the Kaizen Roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and sustain lean principles throughout the organization.
- Coach teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify root causes and implement effective countermeasures.
Minimum Requirements:
- ITAR Compliant as this works with DoD
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience in process improvement
- Strong proficiency in lean tools and methodologies (Standard Work, Kanban, TPM, 5S, Visual Management, SMED, Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping)
- Certified tool champion or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months.
- Knowledge of change management and financial principles.
- Strong project management, organizational, and team leadership skills.
- Lean Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification HIGHLY preferred.
