Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage cash flow, collections, and past-due account resolutions.
- Handle purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Develop financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with operations to improve profitability and streamline processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports to executives.
- Negotiate contracts, financing agreements, and other financial arrangements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, tax filings, and audits.
- Serve as a hands-on leader in financial and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/MBA preferred.
- 7 years in financial leadership, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong experience in procurement, cost accounting, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in energy or power generation industries.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and cost optimization.
