Summary:
This role requires strong attention to detail and experience working with temperature sensors and critical control points. The technician will collaborate with a team member to validate sensors, assist with process troubleshooting, support maintenance mechanics, and contribute to light programming.
Duties:
- Equipment: CSV skid, older shop floor machinery
- PLCs: Primarily Allen Bradley and Schneider
- Work involves modifying existing programs, with occasional new programming
- Emphasis on removing human error through automation
Must-Haves:
- Ability to read and understand ladder logic (must hit the ground running)
- Root cause analysis experience (component-level troubleshooting not required)
- Manufacturing experience in an established environment
- PLC programming (Allen Bradley and/or Schneider electric)
- Lockout/tagout procedure knowledge
- Strong attention to detail due to aseptic processing requirements
