Overview

Additionally, the role includes performing MRP transactions, issuing packing lists, providing weekly status reports, and supporting sales forecasting and meetings. The individual will also assist upper management in developing and implementing customer service policies.
Skills
- Minimum High School Diploma
- 5 years of experience with Customer Service functions such as preparing customer RFQs and RFPs, maintaining quotation files, and generating monthly booking and year-to-date sales reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience writing technical documents.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required, ERP systems.
- Experience with the Electronics or Aerospace industry preferred.
