DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Wire, solder and assemble operations required in the construction of complex prototype electronic equipment, IPC-610 / J-STD certified preferred.
- Work from schematics and/or block and wiring diagrams, prints, sketches, and verbal instructions.
- Able to incorporate engineering changes as necessary into final production assemblies, noting critical information on wiring, schematics, assembly drawings and parts lists.
- Perform cabling and harnessing.
- Use all assembly tools, such as: soldering irons, pliers, cutters, strippers, bench drill press.
- Able to form and install semi-rigid coax with ferrite transformers.
- Able to install and rework challenging components like BTCs, QFNs, QFPs, BGAs, etc. Using handheld hot air reflow method.
- Perform PCB-to-baseplate and transistor-to-baseplate soldering (sweat down) with various solders and temperatures using a hot plate.
- Perform intricate rework on PCB circuitry to IPC- 7711 / 7721 acceptance criteria.
- Able to assist others in the Manufacturing Department with methods and processes up to and including their expected duties.
- Maintain a positive work environment by professional and courteous conduct and communications with others, including supervisors, co-workers, clients, and vendors.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
