Content Delivery Manager

You will be responsible for :

• Work directly with the client and internal production team- in onshore and offshore, to deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets.
• Act as a primary point-of-contact throughout the production lifecycle, alongside client delivery managers- from requirements gathering through final delivery.
• Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates including on production milestones, risk management, and resolution.
• Work directly with key clients and have full accountability for delivery of assets and product launches.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client partnership.

The role is 3 days hybrid in Wilmington, Delaware.
