Hours: 7:45am - 3:15pm

- Hours: 7:45am - 3:15pm Monday through Friday
- Asst Lead Teacher in classroom of 3-6 year olds
- Understand and promote the school’s vision, mission, and goals to students, parents, and community.
- Assist lead teacher in lessons, working one on one with children, classroom supervision.
- Work with the community of administrators, teachers, parents, and students, in articulating and maintaining the integrity and scope of the Montessori and Reggio methods.
- Assist in classroom management with a student to teacher ratio of 17:2
- Working with students of varying abilities in the classroom.
- Participate in field trips, some extra curricular events at IA, and staff meetings
- Continuing professional development and participating in recommended conferences, training programs, courses, and other areas of professional growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
