Independence Advocates of Maine (IAM) is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Temporary HR, Payroll, and Finance Manager for a full-time, 6-month position. This is your chance to lead crucial projects, drive organizational success, and be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a difference!
What You'll Do : As our Temporary HR, Payroll, and Finance Manager, you will wear many hats and take on a variety of exciting responsibilities :
- HR Leadership : You'll oversee all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee record management. Our team needs your expertise in policy development, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
- Payroll Oversight : You'll oversee the payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your keen eye for detail will help resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
- Training & Development : You will oversee training compliance and tracking. Your innovative ideas will help develop and implement staff development initiatives, maximizing grant funds for training.
- Project Management : You'll lead agency projects, managing deliverables, timelines, and reporting requirements.
