What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Line Lead - 3rd Shift position at Independence Corrugated?
SPA , a TRG company and subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, is currently seeking 3rd Shift Line Leads to support our Milford, OH facility. As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for assembling products per instructions on assembly line, perform QA spot checks on the line during assembly and complete check sheets as each procedure is complete, assist in setup of new line and assembly equipment as needed, following safety, dress code and cleanliness rules. 3rd shift hours are from 8pm-6 : 30am Sunday night through Wednesday.

ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION :
- Work assembly line assignments as needed.
- Perform QA spot checks on the line during assembly and complete check sheets as each procedure is complete.
- Prep and fill boxes at end of line, apply bar codes and labels, and load skids as needed.
- Assist in setup of new line and assembly equipment as needed.
- Receive objects on conveyer belt, assemble your portion of the job, and then pass materials down conveyer belt to next line worker.
- Assemble components per instructions, performing combinations of activities such as sorting, filling, placing, packing, aligning, positioning, labeling, and fastening.
- Report any product problems or equipment malfunctions immediately to lead or supervisor.
- Follow all dress code, cleanliness, and safety requirements as appropriate for the line.
- Work on special projects as needed.
