Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Maintenance Specialist, you will need to have 2-5 years' experience with Electrical and Mechanical Systems, troubleshooting. You will also need to have knowledge of computer and automated machines, industrial maintenance electrical background (manufacturing preferred) in AC/DC motor control, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring codes. Excellent communication and people skills are also essential.
