Responsible for proper implementation of the treatment plan and evaluates symptoms and progress within Family Services. Provides services to individuals and families as required. Responsible for implementing the daily schedule of activities.
 

Education
Minimum:               Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Activity Therapies

Act 33/73 clearances and Healthcare Provider CPR

1. Collaborates with staff to develop and implement programming specific to the Family Services. This includes implementing the daily schedule of activities in accordance with the individualized treatment plan, under the direction of the Therapist/Mental Health Professional.
