Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects which have a beginning, end, and

- Engages with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepares communication materials, business cases, funding requests, and presentations to gain acceptance for strategic plans from stakeholders.
- Ensures projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Builds and maintains key strategic relationships within various areas, including but not limited to support functions, technology, and/or business lines to ensure alignment with overall strategic plans.
- Leads the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication strategies.
- Organizes project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules, and determines resource requirements.
- Integrates vendor tasks into project plans, tracks, and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Performs project risk management.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 3 year’s project management and/or relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
- PMO (Project Management Office) Certification or PMP (Project Management Professional) Certifications
- Oversight of medium to large semi-complex to complex implementation projects
- Creates and manages project roadmaps
- Responsible for projects that generally last more than 6 months
- Assists in defining business requirements, researches external benchmarks, and gathers appropriate data
- Works independently on moderately complex projects/assignments and seeks guidance on projects/assignments of higher complexity
- May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees
