Job description
This Maintenance position is 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3-3-2 schedule on the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the most effective solutions
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of all equipment
- Collaborate with the team to address maintenance needs promptly
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
Requirements:
- Ability to work with a safety-first mindset
- Looking for 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing setting preferd
- Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Previous experience in Industrial experience
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
