Key Responsibilities:
- Document Review:
- Thoroughly examine documents, including reports, manuals, procedures, and forms, to identify any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies.
- Cross-reference information to ensure accuracy and alignment with established guidelines.
- Data Integrity:
- Validate data accuracy within documents, especially critical information such as product specifications, safety instructions, and legal disclaimers.
- Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with content creators, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to maintain document quality.
- Implement quality control processes to prevent errors and improve overall document integrity.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Ensure that documents adhere to relevant industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Track changes and revisions, maintaining version control.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Provide constructive feedback to authors and contributors to enhance document quality.
- Suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance clarity.
- Documentation Audits:
- Participate in periodic audits to assess document compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate audit reports and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Training and Support:
- Train colleagues on document standards, templates, and best practices.
- Offer guidance on document creation and revision.

Qualifications:
- Desired: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, engineering, science).
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus.
