Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, ensuring efficient logistics and dispatching processes, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations, including freight management, inventory and production planning.

Duties

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely dispatching of products.
• Utilize Business Central or be willing to learn it
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production planning with warehouse capabilities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse management or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with logistics processes, freight handling, and dispatching operations is essential.
• Experience with Business Central or similar inventory management systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong background in analytics.
• Must be organized and have the ability to reorganize for limited space.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
