Key Responsibilities
- Application & Lease Management:
- Supervise the application process, assisting prospects as needed and ensuring timely completion.
- Communicate application decisions to prospects and finalize the process within property management software.
- Screening & Verification:
- Oversee document reviews and manage verification issues with prospective residents.
- Conduct manual and alert verification during screening, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Adhere to established screening protocols and decision trees to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Work closely with onsite teams to accelerate application processing and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize a centralized dashboard with automated routing to enhance engagement and streamline workflows.
- Continuously refine screening procedures to reduce manual reviews and increase automation.
- Analyze screening outcomes and residency data to recommend enhancements to the approval process.
- Resident Support & Escalations
- Address and resolve resident escalations efficiently, providing timely updates on application status.
- Foster high levels of customer satisfaction by managing concerns effectively and ensuring clear communication.
- Proven experience in property management, leasing, or application screening.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in property management and screening tools, including Entrata and Vero.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve resident concerns professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement.
