Key Responsibilities
- Application & Lease Management
- Assist prospects in completing applications and take over the process when necessary.
- Communicate application decisions to prospects and finalize the process in property management software
- Screening & Verification
- Review all documentation and resolve verification issues with residents.
- Perform manual and alert verification during screening process, validate process completion, and confirm accuracy of application.
- Assess all aspects of the screening process to ensure completeness and follow decision tree protocols.
- Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Work closely with onsite teams to accelerate application decisions and improve efficiency.
- Utilize a centralized dashboard with automated routing to enhance engagement and workflow.
- Continuously refine screening procedures to reduce manual reviews and improve automation.
- Analyze screening outcomes and residency data to suggest improvements in the approval process.
- Resident Support & Escalations
- Address resident escalations and provide real-time updates on application status.
- Ensure a high level of customer service by effectively managing escalations and concerns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in property management, leasing, or application screening.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Entrata, Vero, and other screening tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage escalations and resolve resident concerns effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement.
