We're currently seeking an Asset Manager for our Philadelphia, PA headquarters. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze performance and implement strategy that will maximize a community’s return on equity to the company.

Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities within the portfolio to increase revenue and decrease expenses
- Prepare in coordination with accounting department for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Identify value add opportunities throughout the portfolio and implement value add strategies
- Perform property site inspections
- Participate in pricing calls
- Assist management in preparation for quarterly earnings calls and board meetings
- Monthly financial review
- Hold/Sale Analysis
- Optimize portfolio performance through watchlist criteria, including interaction with Operating, Marketing and Facilities
- Review of real estate tax assessments and management of tax appeals
- Participate/Lead biannual portfolio review meetings
- Work with property management and training teams to employ our best practices
- Evaluate and improve business intelligence and property management software
- Initiate, review and approve annual budgets and capital projects
- Support closings of acquisitions
- Manage disposition marketing and closing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate required
- Entry level (related Internship experience and/or 1-2 years of experience in the Asset Management needed)
- Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Advanced (master level) Excel required
- Experience with Entrata and Pricing software a plus
- Ability to travel to sites 30-40% of the time
