The Director of Specialized Operational Services oversees all specialized services within IRT Living, ensuring seamless support for onsite teams and operational excellence across multiple properties. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of specialized functions, driving efficiency, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. The position requires a strategic approach specialization, optimizing remote workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Screening & Approval Oversight: Ensure a highly efficient and timely approval process for application screenings, maintaining compliance and accuracy across multiple locations.
- Remote Renewal Process Management: Oversee and refine the renewal process, ensuring consistent execution and workflow optimization from a centralized perspective.
- Seamless Communication with Onsite Teams: Act as the primary liaison between the centralized operations team and onsite leadership, ensuring smooth coordination and support for day-to-day processes.
- Process & SOP Standardization: Collaborate with the Initiatives and Process Department to keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) updated, ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Resident Account Services & Collections Oversight: Manage and optimize the performance of the Resident Account Services team, driving efficiency in collections and financial processes.
- Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Analyze operational data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend process improvements that enhance performance across all serviced locations.
- Service & Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and implement innovations in centralized operations to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery.
- Proven experience in leading operations within property management or a similar industry.
- Strong ability to manage offsite workflows while maintaining alignment with onsite teams.
- Expertise in process optimization, technology-driven solutions, and team management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to bridge the gap between specialized services and field operations.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
