What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN position at Independence Rehab?
Independence Rehab is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team at Parkdale Health and Rehab. Located in Price, UT, Parkdale Health and Rehab is a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with amazing residents and coworkers. We are looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents!
A few practice-specific competencies relevant to this position are:
- Occasionally treating clinically complex patients
- Proficient with all types of transfers
- Provide adaptive ADL re-training
Hourly range of $45-55
No benefits are offered for this position
Hours: This position would cover evaluations and supervisory visits only, estimated at ~5-10 hours each week
Requirements:
- Current Utah-Issued OT license in good standing
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university
- Work well with additional team members, including COTAs, PTAs, PTs, and SLPs
- Organized, self-starter with a love for the geriatric population
Salary : $45 - $55
