Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist with guest check-out process, including processing payments and providing receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
