Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Engage children in educational activities and play
- Monitor and assist with children's needs throughout the day
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Ensure the daycare facility is clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
-Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
- Experience working with toddlers
- Familiarity with student care practices
