Job Description: We are seeking experienced and reliable Airbnb cleaners to join our team. As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties remain clean, welcoming, and ready for guests. If you have a strong attention to detail, a passion for cleanliness, and prior experience in Airbnb or vacation rental cleaning, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of Airbnb rental properties between guest stays.
• Clean all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
• Ensure all linens and towels are washed, dried, and properly folded.
• Stock and restock essential amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and cleaning supplies.
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to the property manager.
• Follow company standards to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the property is guest-ready with attention to detail and the overall aesthetic of the space.

Requirements:

• Previous experience cleaning Airbnb properties or vacation rentals preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality results.
• Must have reliable transportation and flexibility in schedule.
• Ability to respond quickly to last-minute cleaning requests.
• Basic communication skills to coordinate with property managers.
