Job Duties
- Become proficient in all processes within Operations and assist with daily processing as needed to ensure service levels are met
- Ensure compliance with prescribed internal policies and regulatory practices
- Assist IFG Investment professionals with client account questions and training
- Assist IFG Investment professionals with Pershing navigational questions
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Four-year degree from an accredited University
- SIE or Series 7 license, or a strong desire to obtain licensing
- Prior industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with financial/brokerage industry concepts, practices, and procedures
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Pershing clearing platform and NetX360 (helpful)

- Collaborative mindset: Ability to work well with others, both in the home office and with Investment Professionals

Compensation
- IFG offers a competitive benefits package including free on-site fitness center, company-paid medical insurance, 401(k) matching, and market-level compensation, based on experience.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
