Lead Self-Direction Coordinator

East End Disability Associates Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). EEDA is hiring full-time Lead Self-Direction Coordinator for EEDA's Fiscal Intermediary department. 

Shift: Full-time Monday-Friday. Flexibility needed based on program needs. 

Hourly rate: $27.40/hr. - $28.85/hr.

The Lead Coordinator will also support a caseload of approximately 35 individuals with intellectual disabilities, their families, and their circle of support to self-direct services while ensuring they work within their individualized budget.  The Self-Direction Coordinator is responsible to: a) to provide staffing resources for individuals on their caseload, assist with the hiring/training/monitoring of employees, and provide training to the individual/family as co-employer of record; b) provide assistance to the broker/participant/family to access all services in the budget and to process payments as requested; c) for the billing and payment of approved goods and services, fiscal accounting and reporting, Medicaid and corporate compliance, and general administrative supports; d) to generate monthly expenditure reports and monitor all costs associated with budgets and address with participant/broker as necessary; e) to participate in the intake and review process for new budgets, budget amendments and CNBAs submitted f) to ensure all required documents for service delivery and billing are maintained; g) to schedule and conduct Launch meetings and attend LP and COS meetings; h) other duties as necessary in support of the agency mission.
