We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and highly organized Performing Arts Manager to lead inclusive arts programming for individuals with IDD. This role involves designing and managing theater, music, and dance opportunities that celebrate ability, foster self-expression, and build community. OPWDD experience required.
Hours: Monday- Friday, Office Hours *Some flexibility required
Salary: $64,480/year

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and evaluate inclusive performing arts programs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise creative staff and volunteers to support inclusive, arts-based programming.
- Coordinate rehearsals, performances, and community events featuring the people supported within the program.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, creativity, and self-expression among the people supported. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized plans that integrate creative arts into participants’ day habilitation goals.
- Train staff and volunteers in inclusive practices and disability awareness.
- Build relationships with families, caregivers, local arts organizations, and advocacy groups.
- Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, budgets, and transportation coordination. Explore additional funding opportunities when needed.
- Assist with fundraising and donor engagement to sustain and expand programming.
