East End Disability Associates is seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Director to lead and provide executive management to our organization which has a 30-year history of providing person centered support and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. Shift : Full-time. Monday-Friday, flexibility required based on program needs
Salary : $140,000-$150,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following, however other duties may be assigned.
Assist in developing and implementing plans and goalsWork with the Associate Executive Director to coordinate and oversee daily operations of programsEnsure compliance with regulations and internal policies while supporting the concepts of person-centered services and solutionsRegularly review and monitor utilization of units and maximize allowable billing opportunitiesManage workforce (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)Assist in budgeting and monitoring expensesCreate meaningful reports for internal and external useProvide leadership to Directors, Managers and Coordinators to ensure an efficient and successful system of care while supporting the agencies values and visionDevelop talent and professional growth through training, mentorship and the development of career paths within the programsSupport work environment that encourages collaboration and allows teams to flourishProvide leadership that builds staff investment in EEDA's vision and strategic intent and achievement of strategic business goals;Maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders in the industryDevelop, participate in and support community partnershipsInterface with Board of Directors as requiredOther duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by the Associate Executive DirectorRequirements
Education and / or Experience :
Master's degreeMore than ten years in progressively responsible leadership roles.Experience managing supports and services for individuals with Intellectual disabilities in OPWDD funded service environments required.
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
